Opportunity description
Each lot will be awarded separately. Details of the tasks entrusted to the contractor are provided in the specifications. The services are paid for at fixed prices. SUPPORT FOR MODELING WITH MAELIA: The purpose is to support CRAGE in modeling 2 territories, the « Grand Reims » Urban Community and the « Terres de Lorraine » Region, using the MAELIA modeling platform. The tool to be used must be the MAELIA platform. No other tool or model will be accepted. The territory will be understood as the agricultural land of the territorial authority. Modeling will be carried out for current agricultural systems and alternative biomass management scenarios, the narratives for which will be provided to the service provider. The effect of future climate change must be taken into account. The support will include simulations, assessments of technical, socio-economic and environmental sustainability using indicators relevant to the target audience, and the provision of results in an easily usable format; training is also planned. - The 1st objective of the simulations with MAELIA is to provide the Stakeholders' Assembly with knowledge of the current situation in terms of the production of agricultural biomass in its territory, the transformation of biomass through anaerobic digestion, circularity between production and return to the soil, and the technical, socio-economic and environmental impacts of current biomass management. - The 2nd objective of the simulations is to provide the Stakeholders' Assembly with knowledge of the effects of alternative biomass management scenarios designed by the Assembly itself (in the form of narratives). The number of scenarios is not known in advance; it is estimated at 3 to 6 per territory, and a maximum of 15 scenarios is set (15 being the result of adding together the number of scenarios across the 2 territories). - The final objective of the simulations is to provide the Stakeholders' Assembly with knowledge of the effect of future climate change on the production of agricultural biomass, the transformation of biomass through anaerobic digestion, circularity between production and return to the soil, and the technical, socio-economic and environmental impacts of current biomass management and alternative management scenarios. LEGAL ADVICE: Provide CRAGE and the partners of the Cyclorganic consortium with legal advice on ownership of the tools and the tools' input and output datasets, in particular by supporting CRAGE in drafting rules for subsequent use of the three tools by different types of organizations (action 5 partners: CRAGE, Chambers of Agriculture of Marne and Meurthe-et-Moselle, ENSAIA, MAELAB, Terrasolis; other Cyclorganic partners; service provider operating MAELIA in action 5; other organizations), with a view to replicating the territorial consultation mechanism on sustainable biomass management in other territories once the Cyclorganic demonstrator has reached its end (5 years of the agreement). The viewpoint of all action 5 partners must be taken into account. Reference may be made to this legal advice in the action 5 deliverable. This deliverable concerns the conditions for the success of a territorial consultation mechanism on sustainable biomass management (replicability). CRAGE wishes, on the one hand, to engage specialized legal counsel to advise it on issues related to data ownership. It wants to clarify the conditions for using the input and output datasets of the tools produced during the project in the 2 territories, in order to continue the mechanism established beyond the project and/or to use the data for other purposes in these 2 territories Support for modeling with MAELIA of the "Grand Reims" territory and the "Pays Terres de Lorraine" territory regarding an anaerobic digestion issue Legal advice Procedure: open.
