France – Boiler installation work – RCU ECOME – ORLEANS – 2 t/h containerized steam gas boiler works for the CNRS site

Opportunity description

The ORLEANS Metropolitan Authority, which is responsible for the creation, development, maintenance and management of district heating networks, has decided to entrust a third party, under a 10-year public service delegation, with the design, financing, construction, operation, maintenance, renewal and modernization of the public urban heat production and distribution service in part of its territory: ORLEANS LA SOURCE, OLIVET and FLEURY LES AUBRAIS. In this context, DALKIA, acting as Delegated Project Owner on behalf of ÉCOME, will carry out heat production and distribution installations. To this end, work to install and commission a 2 t/h containerized steam gas boiler is planned at the CNRS site located at CNRS site, 3 Rue de la Ferollerie, Orléans. The scope of the Works includes: Supply and installation of the boiler Supply and installation of the burner and its gas train Supply and installation of a burner noise attenuation system. Supply and installation of a burner control system. Supply and installation of the gas boiler electrical cabinet. Connection of the gas boiler electrical cabinet to the control equipment/sensors and safety equipment connected to the gas boiler. Supply and installation of O2, temperature and pressure sensors. Supply and installation of safety valves. Supply and installation of safety and control instruments. Supply and installation of water treatment consistent with the boiler supplier Supply and installation of the chimney Supply and installation of the feedwater tank and pressure-maintaining pump Supply and installation of condensate treatment equipment Supply and installation of control equipment Supply, installation and programming of remote monitoring (S4TH) Implementation of data transmission to CRT The modifications and dismantling necessary for the connections Dismantling installations no longer required following connection Securing its works by all means Labor and supplies required for all remedial work, finishing, inspections, adjustments, testing, commissioning, etc. of its works at the end of the work and after acceptance, until the required performance is achieved Identification labels, safety signs, instructions and all information useful for operating the installation CE marking of all its supplies, in French Supply of all equipment required for the installation to operate perfectly Delivery to the site, handling, and assembly Regulatory labeling Gas detection (Oldham) Fire detection (DEF or Siemens brand) Frost-protection element down to -7°C All civil engineering works The contracting entity reserves the right to ask tenderers to submit one or more mandatory variants, which will then be described in the DCE.
