Opportunity description
The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a framework agreement covering the supply and delivery of bolts and screws compliant with technical specification ST001-01 revision D. This specification applies to steel bolts and screws with a diameter greater than or equal to 8 mm, corresponding to mechanical property classes 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9, intended to meet the specific needs of RATP’s railway installations and equipment. Developed jointly by RATP, SNCF and several railway manufacturers, specification ST001-01 supplements the European standards in force by defining the requirements applicable to fasteners (screws, studs, nuts and flat washers). It guarantees the reliability, safety and durability of mechanical assemblies in a railway environment subject to significant mechanical and climatic stresses. The Price Schedule (document 2 of the draft framework agreement) contains 184 items to be delivered to the Boissy-st-Léger Platform (94). The contract to be concluded following the consultation will be a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, established with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount (+30% of the median amount). The anticipated start date for the supply services is scheduled for May 2026. The framework agreement is cross-functional in nature and is intended for all project stakeholders of the RATP Group for RATP EPIC and all its entities, as well as its authorized subsidiaries.
