France – Bread – SUPPLY OF BREAD for school catering sites and leisure centers in the city of Le Havre

Opportunity description

- Subject of the consultation (see Art. 2-1 of the consultation regulations) During the performance of this contract, at the request of the City’s School Catering Department, the contractor may be required to provide exceptional bread deliveries to facilities in the city of Le Havre for special events, at the rate specified in this contract. The maximum contract amount was defined taking these exceptional services into account. - Form of the framework agreement (see Art. 2-3 of the consultation regulations) This consultation will result in the establishment of single-supplier framework agreements with purchase orders, setting out all contractual provisions and performed as and when purchase orders are issued. The prices of the services are covered by unit-price framework agreements. The framework agreements are concluded without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount set at 400,000 euros excluding tax for all lots. The maximum annual amount for all “Schools” lots is 360,000 euros excluding tax. The maximum annual amount for the “Leisure Centers” lot is 40,000 euros excluding tax.
