Opportunity description

This contract concerns the supply and delivery of bread and pastries. It is a single-award framework agreement concluded in the form of a public supply contract with purchase orders, with no minimum amount and with a maximum order amount per lot, without reopening competition when awarding purchase orders, and awarded pursuant to Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R2162.13 to R.2162.14 of the French Public Procurement Code. The contract begins on its notification date or on the date indicated in the contract notification letter. Its duration is set at 12 months within the limit of the maximum commitment amount specified below; it may be renewed twice for the same period, i.e. 36 months in total. Maximum annual expenditure amount: €72,000 excluding tax, i.e. €216,000 excluding tax over 36 months. For information: the average expenditure for one year (2023–2024 basis) is approximately €28,853 excluding tax, and expenditure from 05/09/2025 to date is €19,964 excluding tax.
