The procurement is divided into lots as follows: Mixed contract: Lot 1: Sports buildings - Gymnasiums and Stadiums (City of Colmar / Colmar Agglomération) - The services detailed in the “DPGF” tab of the financial document give rise to a simple public contract concluded at fixed prices. They constitute the fixed-price part of the mixed contract. - The services detailed in the “Unit Price Schedules” tab of the financial document give rise to a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded without a minimum amount and for a maximum amount of 100,000 euro(s) excluding tax per year, pursuant to Articles L2125 - 1; R2161 - 1 to 6 and R2161 - 13 and 14 of the French Public Procurement Code. They constitute the purchase-order part of the mixed contract.
