France – Building-cleaning services – Maintenance and minor upkeep of the flat roofs of the GHT Somme Littoral Sud establishments

This contract award report concerns only Lots No 1, 3 and 4. Lot No 2 is still under analysis and will be the subject of a second notice. The amount indicated in this notice under the heading "tender value" corresponds to the maximum amount of the framework agreement in € excluding tax for its total duration (renewals included). This procurement concerns maintenance and minor upkeep services for the flat roofs of the GHT Somme Littoral Sud establishments. The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide maintenance services for the roof coverings and waterproofing of the buildings of the GHT Somme Littoral Sud establishments. The services provide for: • Preventive maintenance, subject to scheduling, aimed at inspecting and maintaining waterproofing works, accessories visible on the roofs, and rainwater downpipes. • A corrective maintenance component for flat roofs, allowing individual repairs to structural elements in order to ensure the durability and proper functioning of the installations, carry out repairs (identified during maintenance of the flat roofs or at any time), and maintain the waterproofing of the flat roofs of the GHT Somme Littoral Sud establishments. The description of the services and their technical specifications are set out in the Special Technical Specifications (C.C.T.P.). The list of assets and details of the installations covered are stipulated in Annex 1 to the contract commitment.
