Opportunity description

Framework agreement with purchase orders for local service continuity services (cleaning of premises, removal of household waste) for interior and exterior common areas divided into 10 geographical lots. Each lot is awarded to a single contractor. Contracts reserved in accordance with Article L.2113-13 of the Public Procurement Code: For all lots, participation in the procedure is reserved for work-integration social enterprises and equivalent structures meeting the conditions laid down by these provisions (more than 50% of the workers concerned are disadvantaged workers). Only candidates meeting these conditions are authorized to submit a tender.
