DESIGN-BUILD CONTRACT FOR THE PARTIAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE PAUL BERT BLOCK: MAJOR RESTRUCTURING, EXTENSION AND VERTICAL EXTENSION OF THE PAUL BERT SCHOOL COMPLEX, CREATION OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE CENTER AND AN ASSOCIATED PARKING FACILITY IN BOIS-COLOMBES The purpose of this contract is the design and construction, in several phases, of the following facilities: -Major restructuring, extension and vertical extension of the Paul Bert school complex: -approx. 2,000 m² to be partially demolished (structure and façades retained), -approx. 4,000 m² to be completely demolished, -approx. 4,800 m² SU to be restructured/vertically extended, constructed, -approx. 3,000 m² of outdoor spaces to be developed (playgrounds, forecourt, service lane in the heart of the block). -Creation of an administrative center: -approx. 1,500 m² SU to be constructed, -Construction of an underground parking facility associated with the administrative center, with approx. 60 spaces. -Development of the block's outdoor spaces (redevelopment of Paul Déroulède and Auguste Moreau streets alongside the block). The contract includes: - Phase 1: Design (project management assignment) Finalization of the APS+ - APD - PC - PRO - Phase 2: Construction (project management assignment during execution and performance of the works) Project management assignment: DET - VISA - EXE - OPC - AOR Performance of all-trades works, namely: - Preparatory asbestos-removal, demolition and earthworks - Site installations - Management, - Modular construction works, - Infrastructure and superstructure works (underpinning, vertical extension) - Building-envelope works (including façade renovation), - Finishing works, - Technical work packages, - Supply and installation of equipment, including exterior and interior signage. - VRD and landscaping and outdoor works - DOE, updating of energy notices and air-tightness tests, acoustic study at the completed works/acceptance phase.
