Opportunity description

Following the first competitive tendering procedure (17 lots - initial estimate: 7,840,000 euro(s) ) - 7 lots were awarded, - 10 lots were declared discontinued by decision of 10 September. The division of lot 04 led to a new lot structure (lot 19). In addition, 02 new lots were created (19 and 20). The estimate for all the lots in the operation is now: 8,165,000 euro(s) excluding tax. This new consultation therefore includes the relaunch of the lots declared discontinued (10 lots) and the competitive tendering of the additional lots (03 lots): estimate for the 13 lots: 5,999,400 euro(s) ). The operation consists of constructing a social, sports and cultural center in Mermoz, Lyon 8th arrondissement, on a plot of approximately 3000 m². The building will be a category 3 ERP of types L, R and X, with a floor area of approximately 2700 m² over 4 levels (top floor more than 8m above ground). The project is located within a Zone d'Aménagement Concertée and will be carried out near other construction sites.
