This consultation is launched pursuant to provisions R.2124-2, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5, R.2172-1 to R.2172-6 of the Public Procurement Code of 1 April 2019. The purpose of this project management assistance contract is to monitor the works as part of a design-build operation for the rehabilitation and residentialization of 234 collective housing units. It comprises a set of intellectual services, studies and inspections necessary for performing the role of assistant to the contracting authority as defined by Article L2422-2 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is a service contract concluded at a global and fixed price. Prices are subject to revision in accordance with the terms specified in the AE-CCP. It comprises a single tranche. The estimated duration of the Project Management Assistance services is 36 months. The estimated budget for the works is 25,000,000 euro(s) excluding tax. Performance of the services under this contract begins upon issuance of the order letter for Mission 1 to the contractor and ends upon acceptance of the works without reservations. Procedure: open.
