Multi-supplier framework agreement with subsequent contracts for the demolition of 171 dwellings distributed across 8 buildings in the Barriol district of Arles. The project involves particular environmental challenges due to the presence of protected species on the site. The contractor must be assisted by an ecologist specializing in chiropterology and ornithology for making the façades unsuitable for habitation. The first subsequent contract, launched simultaneously with the framework agreement, concerns the demolition of Tower A (40 dwellings distributed across 10 floors).
