Opportunity description

This notice concerns lots 3 and 4 of the procurement procedure referred to above. Lots 1, 2, 5 and 6 are launched separately under an adapted procedure in compliance with the provisions of Articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 2° of the French Public Procurement Code relating to “small lots.” Each lot constitutes a framework agreement with purchase orders, subject to maximum order thresholds (see description of the lots). Each lot will be awarded separately. They will be concluded for an initial period of 3 years, renewable twice for periods of one year. The services are paid for at unit prices. The estimated amounts include all renewal periods. Supply of locksmithing accessories (screws and fasteners, locks, hinges, etc.), screws and fasteners, and DIY supplies, including related products and accessories. Maximum order threshold of EUR 99,000 excluding tax for the initial period and EUR 33,000 excluding tax for each renewal period. Sanitary equipment (urinals, toilet bowls, washbasins, shower trays, etc.), taps and fittings, piping (copper, unfinished or galvanized steel, plastic, etc.), seals, drinking fountain (filtration consumables and maintenance equipment), and all related products and accessories enabling the installation or connection of this equipment.
