Opportunity description
This consultation concerns the establishment of a contract for a technical assistance mission to the contracting authority for monitoring servicing, maintenance and regulatory inspection services for heating systems, individual gas-fired hot water production systems and ventilation at the CDC Habitat Social, CDC Habitat and MEECAM property complexes in Ile-de-France (75/77/78/91/93/92/94/95), by means of technical monitoring (inspections and on-site visits) and the processing of collected data (technical, administrative and documentary). The properties covered by the contract for each lot are identified in Annex 2 to the commitment document. In order to cover all requirements, this contract comprises: - A LUMP-SUM PORTION corresponding to the missions described in Article 3 of the CCTP; - A PURCHASE-ORDER PORTION with a unit price schedule (BPU), remunerated at unit prices, corresponding to the missions described in Article 4 of the CCTP.
