The contract is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, the purpose of which is to provide an IT solution enabling the management of ARTE's digital presence (hereinafter referred to as the "Solution"). It is specified that the framework agreement will be concluded with a minimum of 25 (twenty-five) user accesses and a maximum of 100 (one hundred) simultaneous user accesses per year. A purchasing group has been formed between ARTE FRANCE and ARTE GEIE for the implementation of the contract, in accordance with Article L.2113-6 of the French Public Procurement Code.
