Management and operation of cafeterias / shops and vending machines within Nancy University Hospital: 2 lots awarded individually, which will result in the signing of two service concession contracts constituting authorization to occupy the public domain, in accordance with Article L. 3132-1 of the French Public Procurement Code. They will be granted for a firm period of 5 years from the date the infrastructure is made available, scheduled for 01/02/2027. The contracting authority has established three optional periods intended to successively extend the contract term by 6 months. Service concession for the management and operation of cafeterias / shops within Nancy University Hospital, comprising the following services: Sale of fast-food products in shops, newspapers and magazines, stationery, various items, including monopoly products, and development of à la carte “concierge” services for patients and staff (dry cleaning, postal services, in-room services, parcel collection points and other services). These “à la carte” services must be offered within the shop. Service concession for the management and operation of vending machines within Nancy University Hospital for the sale of hot or cold beverages and fast food. Procedure: open.
