Opportunity description

The Authority entrusts the Operator with the operation and maintenance of the public reception, outdoor accommodation and leisure service (hereinafter "the AHPAL Public Service"). The operation of the facility consists in particular of its promotion, marketing, management, and entertainment. The Operator undertakes to ensure the proper functioning, continuity, quality, and sound organization of the service to users. The Operator shall continue to operate the service at its own risk. It is authorized to charge users a price set under the conditions provided for in Chapter 6. In particular, the Operator shall ensure the assumption of responsibility for and complete operation of the AHPAL Public Service at its own risk, - the administrative and financial management of the AHPAL Public Service - compliance with the regulations in force; - the implementation of ticketing (admission tickets, subscription cards, etc.); - the collection of revenue from users; - reception of the public, promotion of the service, information for users, marketing and development of the AHPAL Public Service in all its dimensions; - the safety of the facilities and users; - compliance with health and safety standards and all necessary regulatory technical inspections; - the impeccable cleanliness of the structures, facilities, and property entrusted; - The implementation of an operating approach aimed at reducing the consumption of utilities and energy and using eco-compatible consumables; - the upkeep, maintenance, and renewal of the structures, equipment, facilities, and property entrusted, in accordance with the arrangements and allocation between the Authority and the Operator provided for in this contract; - an overall quality of service in all assignments, for which the Operator shall report to the Authority; - close communication with the Authority; - the provision of activity reports.
