France – Catering services – Framework agreement – Catering services for the needs of the Departmental Council of Eure-et-Loir

Opportunity description

The framework agreement will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders and the conclusion of subsequent contracts, for requirements not included in the unit price schedule (BPU) of the framework agreement. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are paid for at unit prices. Lot 1 is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum amount of 450,000 euro(s) excluding VAT for its entire duration. Lot 2 is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum amount of 120,000 euro(s) excluding VAT for its entire duration. The Framework Agreement is concluded for a fixed term of 48 months from 1 August 2026 or from its notification date if later Lot 1 - Reception services (services for medium- to large-scale events) This lot concerns the provision of services intended for events bringing together more than 100 participants and/or of a scale requiring enhanced organization. It includes all events requiring structured logistics, high production capacity and organization adapted to a large number of guests Lot 2 - Celebrations and ceremonies (services for small-scale events) This lot covers services intended for events bringing together fewer than 100 participants. It applies to small-format services that do not require substantial logistical arrangements.
