France – Cesspool or septic tank emptying services – MAINTENANCE OF DRAINAGE NETWORKS AND SEPTIC TANKS AND INSPECTION OF LIFT PUMPS

Opportunity description

The purpose of this contract is to provide preventive and corrective maintenance services for the pipework (EU/EP/EV), septic tanks, and lift pumps of Mayenne Habitat's property portfolio. Accordingly, the contractor shall provide: - EP, EU, and EV pipework: Collective properties: preventive and corrective pipe-unblocking services, Individual properties: corrective services on the private horizontal network connecting to the public network, Septic tanks: - Emptying of septic tanks. Lift pumps: Cleaning the bottom of the pit and checking the operation of the lift pumps. - Whitewashing of premises: Whitewashing of refuse-chute rooms. The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide preventive and corrective maintenance services for the pipework (EU/EP/EV), septic tanks, and lift pumps of Mayenne Habitat's property portfolio. Accordingly, the contractor shall perform the following services: • EP, EU, and EV pipework: o Collective properties: preventive and corrective pipe-unblocking services, o Individual properties: corrective services on the private horizontal network connecting to the public network, • Septic tanks: o Emptying of septic tanks. • Lift pumps: o Cleaning the bottom of the pit and checking the operation of the lift pumps. • Whitewashing of premises: o Whitewashing of refuse-chute rooms, Procedure: open.
