Opportunity description
This procedure will result in a framework agreement with subsequent contracts. This framework agreement will establish part of the performance conditions and will be supplemented by one or more subsequent contracts at a later date. The framework agreement amounts indicated in section 2.1.3 are an estimate without commitment on the part of the State. The framework agreement is non-renewable. The maximum duration of the framework agreement is indicated in section 5.1.3. The main characteristics of the framework agreement are as follows: Multi-award framework agreement with subsequent contracts for a duration of 5 years. The Service Industriel de l'Aéronautique (SIAé) is involved in the maintenance cycle of military aircraft for the benefit of the French State, primarily at the industrial support level (NSI) for airframes, engines and associated equipment. The workloads of its facilities are established on the basis of requests from the French Air and Space Force, the French Navy and the French Army, which each year express their requirements for the repair of aircraft for which SIAé has been designated as the repairer. The present requirement concerns the supply of aeronautical ingredients, the main categories of which are: - PR products and sealants - glues, adhesives and tapes, - thinners, oils, greases and lubricants - paints, varnishes and hardeners, - chemical products intended for stripping and surface treatment requirements, primarily for aeronautical use. This consultation will result in a multi-award framework agreement with subsequent contracts for a duration of 5 years. The subsequent contracts may be divided into purchase orders or be single, non-divided contracts. It is planned to select 3 awardees for this framework agreement with subsequent contracts. Procedure: restricted. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
