Minimum amount excluding tax for the total duration of the contract: 300000.0 Euro(s) excluding tax. The framework agreement will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders. The services are paid for at unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include options (similar services and renewals). The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. The purpose of this consultation, conducted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.2124-3 and R. 2124-4 of the Public Procurement Code, is the acquisition of new activated carbon filters used in the collection and treatment units for volatile organic compounds (V.O.C.) that will be installed at FLUXEL's LAVERA and FOS sites, and associated services. This acquisition includes the following services: 1°) Rental of 20 VOC filters of at least 9 tonnes each (16 filters at the storage location, 2 in position at the Port of Lavéra and 2 in position at the Port of Fos-sur-Mer); 2°) Regeneration of used filters, including transport to the regeneration plant selected by the tendering candidate; 3°) Return transport of the regenerated filters to the filter storage and warehousing area to be designated by the Contracting Entity; 4°) Provision, on a permanent rental basis, of one to two special trailers for transporting VOC filters, which will be used by FLUXEL or its service provider for deliveries/returns to the oil ports. All of these services are detailed in the special technical specifications incorporated as a "contractual document". Finally, the contract will take the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders and minimum and maximum amounts, in accordance with Articles L.2125-1 1°) and R.2162-4 1°) of the Public Procurement Code.
