Opportunity description

The consultation concerns the supply of pre-funded Universal Service Employment Vouchers (CESU) for employees of the City of Troyes, Troyes Champagne Métropole and the CMAS of Troyes (joint purchasing group). A joint purchasing group has been formed between the City of Troyes, the Troyes Municipal Social Action Centre and Troyes Champagne Métropole (TCM) for the purpose of launching this consultation, aimed at selecting a service provider capable of meeting the needs expressed by the members of the group. In this context, the City of Troyes performs the functions of coordinator of the group. It will result in the conclusion of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders. The prices under the framework agreement are handled as unit prices, based on the unit price schedule and the quantities actually delivered throughout the term of the contract, pursuant to Article R2162-4-2°, with maximum amounts set for each member of the group. In accordance with the provisions of Article L.2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, the framework agreement is divided into 3 lots defined below: - Lot No. 1: Purchase of pre-funded CESU on behalf of the City of Troyes - Lot No. 2: Purchase of pre-funded CESU on behalf of Troyes Champagne Métropole - Lot No. 3: Purchase of pre-funded CESU on behalf of the CMAS of the City of Troyes Pursuant to Article R.2113-1 of the Public Procurement Code, applications may concern one or more lots. Candidates must submit a separate tender for each lot for which they are applying.
