Opportunity description

Under the public service delegation contract, the Concessionaire will notably be entrusted with the following tasks: - Preparing the accreditation application for the competent authorities; - Managing relations with users; - Billing users, collecting contributions, and handling unpaid amounts; - Receiving users, including preparing and organizing activities suited to this public in compliance with legal and regulatory standards; - Managing registrations and planning the reception of users with the aim of optimizing the occupancy rate; - Complying with hygiene and safety standards and the rules established by the PMI; - Acquiring and replacing small equipment and educational materials in line with the educational project; - Routine servicing and preventive maintenance operations, as well as replacing equipment, large items of equipment, and furniture in compliance with the applicable statutory and regulatory safety rules; - Financial management of the facility, including preparing budgets, operating accounts, and CAF financial statements; - Identifying funders and managing relations with them, particularly the Caisse d'Allocations Familiales (CAF), the Mutualité sociale Agricole (MSA), special schemes, and the Department; - Regularly providing the Public Authority with activity reports.
