The framework agreement will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders. The services are paid for at unit and fixed prices. The framework agreement is concluded as of the date of receipt of the first purchase order. The framework agreement is tacitly renewed until its expiry. The number of renewal periods is set at 3, with each renewal period lasting 12 months, except for the first year, which begins on the date of receipt of the first purchase order and runs until 31/12/2026. The framework agreement will end on 31/12/2029. The time limits for performing the services are set in each purchase order in accordance with the provisions of the framework agreement documents.
