France – Cleaning and sanitation services in urban or rural areas, and related services – Mechanical sweeping service for public spaces in the Commune of Montmagny

Opportunity description

The purpose of this contract is urban cleanliness, in particular the sweeping of municipal roads and associated services, managed by the Commune of Montmagny. The services requested under this contract are as follows: Regular services: - Assisted mechanical sweeping; - Collection of dead leaves; - Removal and transport of waste resulting from cleaning. The provisions of these Special Administrative Conditions concern the urban cleanliness of the City, in particular mechanical sweeping and associated services. The description of the services and their technical specifications are set out in the Special Technical Conditions (C.C.T.P.). Recurring services shall be performed by the service provider in accordance with the schedule and the requirements of the C.C.T.P. Occasional additional services will be covered by a framework agreement with purchase orders, paid on the basis of the quantities actually performed using the unit prices contained in the Unit Price Schedule (B.P.U.), pursuant to Articles R2162-1 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code, with no minimum but with an annual maximum.
