The contract includes: - on the one hand, routine and fixed-price services listed in the CCTP (lots 1 and 2); - on the other hand, ad hoc services meeting exceptional or occasional needs, requiring a cleaning service based on purchase orders. This part is governed by the provisions of the French Public Procurement Code relating to framework agreements with purchase orders. (lot 2) The part of the contract consisting of a framework agreement with a maximum is awarded pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded to a single economic operator. The contract is concluded at mixed prices. The ad hoc services are covered by a framework agreement resulting in the issuance of purchase orders, awarded pursuant to Articles L.2125-1-1°, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. Pursuant to Article R.2162-4-2° of the same code, it is concluded with one economic operator, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount in value. The services under the framework agreement will be performed as and when purchase orders are issued by the public buyer and will be paid according to the unit prices in the Unit Price Schedule, based on the quantities actually performed. The contract includes regular services (fixed-price services), comprising routine cleaning services for the Media Library, including the removal of waste from outdoor areas.
