Opportunity description

The purpose of the framework agreement is to provide cleaning and housekeeping services for CAMVS university buildings. The description of the context, the services, and their technical specifications are set out in the Special Technical Specifications (CCTP). The procurement procedure is conducted in accordance with the Open Tender procedure defined in Articles R.2124-1, R.2124-2, and R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The contract also includes a framework agreement component with purchase orders for each lot, performed pursuant to Articles R2162-1 to R2162-6, R.2162-13, and R.2162-14, with no minimum amount and a maximum annual amount of 120,000 euro(s) excluding tax.
