Opportunity description

The framework agreement will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are paid for at unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. The estimated amounts are indicative and include the options (similar services and renewals). The individual coaching service must enable the employee being supported to mobilize their own resources and develop their potential and skills in line with the local authority's expectations and in accordance with its values. Group coaching must enable teams to engage in a dynamic that leads them to solve a problem or improve their performance by mobilizing their resources and drawing on collective intelligence and the breadth and complementarity of skills (hard and soft skills). Lot 1 will be awarded to a single economic operator; however, the Region reserves the right to use third parties, particularly for needs concerning General Management staff or in the event of a conflict of interest. Lot 2 will be awarded to a maximum of 2 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of compliant, acceptable, and suitable tenders). Individual coaching (standard and flash). Group coaching.
