Opportunity description

The purpose of this contract is the management of the collective composters deployed throughout the territory of Troyes Champagne Métropole. The recurring services to be performed are as follows: -Routine maintenance of the collective composting sites through regular visits by a worker with at least composting guide-level qualifications. -Recording information during site visits and communicating it to Troyes Champagne Métropole in accordance with the procedures set out in the CCTP. The additional services to be performed are as follows: -Transfer of the compost (complete emptying of one cell into another cell); -Removal of the compost to an external maturation site. -Supply of shredded material Pursuant to Article L2113-12 of the French Public Procurement Code, this contract is reserved for economic operators that employ workers with disabilities. In accordance with Article L2113-10 of the French Public Procurement Code, this procurement procedure is divided into lots as follows: Lot No. 1 Composting support for 10 composters, Lot No. 2: Composting support for 10 composters. This procurement procedure concerns Lot No. 2 only. Lot No. 1 has already been the subject of a procurement procedure and has been awarded. In accordance with the provisions of Articles L2125-1.1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code, each lot will result in the conclusion of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders. The holder of the framework agreement will be consulted whenever a need arises, through the issuance of purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. Pursuant to Article R.2162-4-2° of the French Public Procurement Code, the framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum amount of €200,000 excluding VAT, valid for the duration of the contract. The term of this contract shall run from its notification date for a firm period of 4 years. Performance of this public contract will be initiated through the issuance of a purchase order.
