The CEA wishes to award a contract for the management of EFFICY project monitoring between the software publisher and the functional representatives of the CEA institutes. The purpose of this contract is to manage the monitoring of the EFFICY project between the software publisher and the functional representatives of the CEA institutes. This involves facilitating and managing the EFFICY working group and acting as an interface with the software publisher responsible for development. The Contractor will also act as an interface with the project managers of the applications communicating with the EFFICY application. This contract is awarded for four (4) years, comprising a firm tranche of two (2) years and two (2) optional tranches of one (1) year each. Procedure: open.
