Opportunity description

The framework agreement covered by this consultation concerns the provision of assistance services to business departments and the DSIUN in project scoping and management, more specifically project ownership assistance for mutualization leads and the business and IT teams participating in projects included in the water agencies’ transformation plan, or included in the plan for major upgrades to mutualized applications already in production. Lot 1 concerns AMO services for implementation processes (reference systems, monitoring of water bodies, planning under the European framework directive, self-monitoring and fees). Lot 2 concerns AMO services for management processes (programming, governance) and support processes (procurement, human resources, communication, information system, general resources).
