The objective of the framework agreement is to enable CAIH members to benefit from comprehensive support covering digital strategy, operational implementation, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance (GDPR, HDS), and team training. The studies cover all work that precedes, prepares, and defines a project at each stage of its development, that is, from formalizing the need through to the operation and maintenance of the finished product. Project management assignments cover all or part of the organizational, monitoring (resources, budget, schedule, for example), coordination, and communication activities that fall within the remit of project management Acceptance testing Change management aims to define and carry out the communication, training, and organizational actions that will prepare user departments for the arrival and use of an IT application. Lot 5 brings together all the services described in lots 1 to 4, namely: • Studies (opportunity, feasibility, scoping, functional and technical specifications); • Project management support, quality, and audit; • Acceptance testing support (preparation, execution, reporting, test industrialization); • Change management and deployment support (communication, training, user support).
