Consultation launched by a group of contracting authorities (City of CANNES, CACPL and SICASIL) The framework agreement will be performed through the issuance of purchase orders. The services are paid for at unit prices. The City of Cannes offers users an outsourced IT assistance service (Help Desk). This scope is managed by the Joint Information Systems and Telecommunications Department.
