Opportunity description

This contract concerns the supply of equipment and materials intended for the Municipal Technical Center of the City of Montmagny. These supplies cover all the Center's technical and operational needs. The services are structured into 5 distinct lots, each corresponding to a specific category of supplies. Supply of equipment and materials required for masonry work, including, without limitation, concrete products (concrete blocks, slabs, hollow-core slabs), mortars, cements, sands, gravels, bricks, as well as associated accessories (starter bars, reinforcements, etc.). These supplies must comply with the construction standards in force and the technical specifications defined in the unit price schedule (BPU). Supply of equipment and materials for wood joinery, including doors, windows, shutters, staircases, roof frames, and other elements made of pine, oak, or other wood species, as well as treatments (varnishes, wood stains, insecticides) and associated fasteners. The supplies must comply with environmental standards and incorporate, where possible, recycled or reused materials (in accordance with the decree of March 9, 2021). Supply of equipment and materials for painting and coating work, including paints (acrylic, alkyd, environmentally friendly), varnishes, coatings, primers, rollers, brushes, and preparation accessories (masks, adhesive tapes). The products must comply with safety and environmental standards, with a preference for paints with a low VOC content. Supply of equipment and materials for metalwork, including steel, aluminum, or stainless-steel profiles, grilles, gates, guardrails, metal frames, as well as fasteners, bolts, and associated equipment. The materials must comply with anti-corrosion standards and the technical specifications of the BPU. Supply of equipment and materials for glazing work, including single glazing, double glazing, tempered glass, burglar-resistant glass, seals, profiles, and installation accessories. The supplies must comply with safety, thermal insulation, and acoustic insulation standards and incorporate, if possible, environmentally responsible solutions. Procedure: open.
