In order to meet these objectives, the relevance and depth of the links maintained between the museum and the media libraries and the future hotel complex are essential. Coordination between the various contracting authorities and project management teams represents a major challenge. In this respect, the coordinating manager (OPC IC) is entrusted with planning, management and coordination of all construction sites under different contracting authorities for the rehabilitation of St Vaast Abbey, its buildings and associated infrastructure.
