France – Construction supervision services – Framework agreement with purchase orders for Urban and Inter-site Scheduling, Management and Coordination (OPCU-IC) assignments

Opportunity description

The purpose of this contract is to assist SADEV 94 with Scheduling, Management and Coordination (OPC) in connection with the Ivry-Confluences ZAC, divided into three main assignments: - Assignment 1: Urban OPC The contractor will assist SADEV 94 with coordinating, in space and time, all actions inherent in the development of the urban development operation: regulatory procedures, studies, land management, marketing, implementation of construction operations and public-space and infrastructure works, and relations with the various parties involved in the operations. - Assignment 2: Inter-site OPC The contractor will assist SADEV 94 with coordinating all construction sites (public spaces, property developments, infrastructure) with one another, which will be managed by a wide variety of contracting authorities. This involves managing concurrent activities and the coexistence of construction sites with existing occupancy and uses within the operation area. - Assignment 3: 3D digital model of the ZAC The contractor will produce a realistic visual representation suitable for use during public meetings, institutional presentations, on digital media and in communication documents.
