Opportunity description

The procurement procedure used is the open adapted procedure, subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the French Public Procurement Code. The services are paid for at an overall fixed price in accordance with the stipulations of the commitment document. The prices are subject to revision. The overall fixed amount is deemed to include all costs necessary for the performance of the services covered by the contract. The prices stated excluding tax are understood to include all taxes except VAT. The contract begins upon its notification and runs until the end of the perfect completion guarantee period for the works. The preparation period is not included in the performance period for the works, estimated at 19 weeks. The performance period for the works begins upon dispatch of the service order issued by the project manager. The procurement includes environmental performance conditions detailed in the specifications.
