The project aims to restructure the East (Urology) and North (Plastic Surgery) wings of level R+2 in order to accommodate these two departments in renovated and modernized premises. The work will be carried out on an occupied site, in a type U establishment open to the public (healthcare facility). The phasing provides for successive work on the East wing and then the North wing in order to limit interruptions to hospital activity. Each lot will be awarded separately.
