This consultation concerns the multi-award framework agreement without a minimum and with a maximum for the execution of electrification works across the entire public network of the territory of Martinique, 2026–2030 program, namely: Medium-voltage network; Low-voltage network; Network security; HV/LV transformer substation; relocation of infrastructure; Related equipment; Connections. The framework agreement includes the supply of the materials and equipment and their installation, necessary for the complete installation of the infrastructure. These various works may concern the entire territory of the municipalities belonging to the SMEM. Single contract, not divided into lots. The framework agreement is multi-award. The maximum number of economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders) is 4 economic operators. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 18,400,000 EUR.
