Rehabilitation and extension of the CHARLES HUARD school complex and construction of a community hub in Saint Martin de May. The school complex is located between Rue Biganos and Rue Virgile Challe in the town center opposite the town hall. Rehabilitation of the two existing buildings (A and B). Demolition and reconstruction of the link between buildings A and B, which, as part of the project, will serve to connect buildings A, B and C. Three new buildings are planned: buildings C, E and D. Building D is to the east of the project (continuing on from building B) and will house an Early Childhood Support Center.
