The rehabilitation and extension of the CHARLES HUARD school complex and the construction of a community center in Saint Martin de May. The school complex is located between rue Biganos and rue Virgile Challe, in the town center opposite the town hall. Rehabilitation of the two existing buildings (A and B). The demolition and reconstruction of the link between buildings A and B, which as part of the project will serve to connect buildings A, B and C. Three new buildings are planned: buildings C, E and D. Building D is to the east of the project (in the continuation of building B) and will house an Early Childhood Center.
