France – Construction work – Energy renovation of Building A of the IUT Gratte-ciel

Opportunity description

The contract covers the following services: Energy renovation work on Building A of the IUT Gratte-ciel. Project incorporating work to improve the building’s energy performance, at both the architectural and technical levels. Removal of partitions and underpinning work Refurbishment of insulation-waterproofing systems, including greening and preparation for photovoltaic installation depending on the areas Removal and replacement of the building’s exterior joinery Façade insulation and cladding Supply and installation of interior joinery related to insulation or fit-out work Treatment of interior insulation, linings, paintwork and suspended ceilings in the premises Supply and installation of all HVAC equipment in the building, including BMS Modification and creation of electrical installations related to the energy renovation Removal and disposal of all asbestos-containing materials affected by the energy renovation Exterior development work comprising: earthworks, platform grading, utilities networks, stormwater management, exterior floor coverings, finishing structures, planting, furniture and interfaces with building access points.
