Details of the assignments entrusted to the contractor are set out in the specifications. The services are paid for at fixed prices. The project to be carried out belongs to the category of building works involving new construction / reuse or rehabilitation. The purpose of this assignment is: - to validate the heat loss calculations for the buildings connected to the boiler room, as set out in the energy audits carried out by the ALTEREA and SAGE engineering firms. - to establish a comprehensive technical and functional diagnosis of the secondary distribution installations from the substations to the emitters, including the latter. - to determine the causes of the observed malfunctions and recommend the work necessary to remedy them. - to verify the suitability of the current design of the installations for the actual uses of the buildings, - to propose secondary distribution networks downstream of the substations that are compatible with the existing and recent equipment assemblies. - to size the heat emitters according to heat losses - to provide for regulation of the emitters, which may be achieved by: *motorized 2-way valves, *tamper-proof thermostatic valve bodies inaccessible to students, *or any other system enabling effective control of ambient temperatures, - to ensure that the control systems are adapted to the existing building management system Procedure: open.
