Project management for the functional and energy renovation of the classroom building and external works at Lycée Beaussier in La Seyne-sur-Mer (83500). Relaunch following consultation 2024-744, which was discontinued. This contract notice concerns the application phase only. For information, the works budget adopted by the contracting authority is EUR 12,970,000 excluding VAT. Project management tasks: APS; APD; PRO; AMT; VISA; DET; AOR. The contractor will also be entrusted with the following additional tasks: DIAG REL; OPC; SYNT; CSSI; BIM; DQD; SEE (for two years after acceptance of the works). In addition to these tasks, the project manager must also provide: - services related to the Region's objective of obtaining Energy Savings Certificates for this operation – CEE; - services related to analysis of the project with regard to public security risks as part of the statutory safety and public security studies – ESSP. The contract period will run from the date of notification and end upon completion of the two years of operational monitoring (including the GPA year). The services will be covered by a single contract. Indicative duration: 72 months, including GPA and SEE. Procedure: restricted.
