France – Consultative engineering and construction services – Project owner assistance for building security upgrade works at France Travail Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur sites

Opportunity description

Conducted according to the open tender procedure provided for in Articles R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code, the consultation aims to conclude a framework agreement, executed through the issuance of purchase orders, for the purchase by France Travail Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur of project owner assistance services for building security upgrade works at France Travail Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur sites. These services are described in the Contract and the Functional and Technical Specifications (CCFT). The project owner assistance services performed as part of the building security upgrade program for sites in the Eastern zone (departments of Alpes-Maritimes (06) and Var (83)) are fixed-price services covering: conducting site assessments, managing site upgrade works, and providing support with administrative procedures. They are performed both on France Travail's premises and on the contractor's premises. The maximum amount of the framework agreement for lot 1 for the duration of the contract is 367,000 Euros excluding tax. Annual number of working hours to be performed under the social inclusion commitment: 50 hours. The project owner assistance services performed as part of the building security upgrade program for sites in the Western zone – Departments of Alpes-de-Haute-Provence (04), Hautes-Alpes (05), Bouches-du-Rhône (13), and Vaucluse (84)) are fixed-price services covering: conducting site assessments, managing site upgrade works, and providing support with administrative procedures. They are performed both on France Travail's premises and on the contractor's premises. The maximum amount of the framework agreement for lot 2 for the duration of the contract is 350,000 Euros excluding tax.
