The contract covers the following services: Delegated production services for concerts and shows as part of the Route du Rhum Destination Guadeloupe 2026 The Route du Rhum Destination Guadeloupe is a legendary transatlantic sailing race connecting Saint-Malo to Pointe-à-Pitre, whose renown extends far beyond the sporting sphere. Every four years, this solo race brings together the greatest international skippers and generates exceptional popular enthusiasm. The start of the next edition of the Route du Rhum Destination Guadeloupe will take place in Saint-Malo on 1 November 2026 (except in the event of adverse weather conditions), with the first boats expected to arrive approximately one week later. On this occasion, departure and arrival villages are organised, on the one hand in Saint-Malo, Brittany, for the departure and, on the other hand, in Guadeloupe for the arrival, notably at Memorial Acte and in Basse-Terre. The Memorial Acte village will operate from 6 to 15 November 2026 in its full version (exhibition village + stage). During this full period, an awards ceremony will be organised on 13 November. In its restricted configuration (excluding the exhibition village), a second awards ceremony will be organised on 20 November 2026. The Basse-Terre village will operate from 5 to 8 November 2026 on the esplanade of the port of Basse-Terre in a full configuration, namely exhibition village + stage. Concerts/shows will be organised every evening at these two villages. The purpose of this contract is to provide delegated production services for concerts and shows as part of the arrival villages of the Route du Rhum Destination Guadeloupe 2026. The contracting authority has chosen the following division into lots: - Lot No 1: Delegated production of concerts at the Basse-Terre village - Lot No 2: Delegated production of concerts at the Memorial Acte village Refer to the "Additional information" section Procedure: open.
