Opportunity description

This is a framework agreement with purchase orders, with a maximum duration of 4 years from its notification date. The date 15/12/2026 is a provisional date. Maximum over 4 years: 500,000 euro(s) excluding tax. The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. The maximum execution period for purchase orders is determined as follows: An annual purchase order will be issued for fixed-price maintenance each year. The maximum execution period for the purchase order for the core phase is 9 months. For the other services, the maximum execution period for purchase orders is 6 months. Regarding corrective maintenance and intervention, the maximum execution period for purchase orders is specified in Annex 2 of the CCAP. The services are paid for at unit prices. The buyer has decided to limit the number of candidates who will be invited to participate in the tender phase. The minimum and maximum number of candidates it plans to invite is 5. If the number of candidates satisfying the selection criteria is lower than this minimum number, the buyer may nevertheless continue the procedure with the candidates possessing the required capabilities.
