The purpose of this contract is the acquisition, delivery, installation, commissioning, and training for a multiparametric spectral flow cytometer intended for the cytometry and single-cell immunobiology platform (US61-ASB) of the University of Tours. The equipment must include: a spectral cytometer equipped with a minimum of 5 lasers, an automated plate and tube sampler, data acquisition and analysis software, and the accessories necessary for operation (fluidics, agitation system).
