Services necessary for taking out Damage to Works and Contractor’s All Risks insurance as part of the Reconstruction project for the CH de la Roche aux Fées in Janzé (35). In order to enable them to establish a common and graduated public patient care strategy with the aim of ensuring equal access to safe, high-quality care, the participating establishments are forming a Groupement Hospitalier de Territoire (GHT) [Territorial Hospital Group]. Pursuant to Decree No. 2016-524 of 27 April 2016 relating to territorial hospital groups and Decree No. 2017-701 of 2 May 2017 relating to the procedures for implementing the activities, functions and missions mentioned in Article L. 6132-3 of the French Public Health Code within territorial hospital groups, a founding agreement was signed on 30 June 2016. It designates the Centre Hospitalier universitaire de Rennes as the supporting establishment of the “Haute-Bretagne” GHT. This GHT is composed of the following establishments: - the CENTRE HOSPITALIER UNIVERSITAIRE DE RENNES, - the CENTRE HOSPITALIER DE BROCELIANDE, - the CENTRE HOSPITALIER DE FOUGERES, - the CENTRE HOSPITALIER INTERCOMMUNAL REDON-CARENTOIR, - the CENTRE HOSPITALIER SIMONE VEIL (VITRE), - the CENTRE HOSPITALIER DE LA GUERCHE DE BRETAGNE, - the CENTRE HOSPITALIER DES MARCHES DE BRETAGNE, - the CENTRE HOSPITALIER DE LA ROCHE AUX FEES (JANZE), - the CENTRE HOSPITALIER GUILLAUME REGNIER. Only the following establishment is concerned by this public contract: the CENTRE HOSPITALIER DE LA ROCHE AUX FEES (JANZE). Accordingly, the CHU de Rennes is entrusted with the function of conducting the public procurement procedure on behalf of the participating establishment, as well as certain tasks related to performance (decision on renewal, conclusion of an amendment, termination decision). The specific features of the participating establishment are detailed in the public procurement documents. All other tasks in the performance phase of the public contracts fall within the remit of the participating establishment. Performance of the public contract covers its financial arrangements (recourse, where applicable, to subcontracting, management and issuance of orders placed under the public contracts, verification that the service has been performed, payment, payment of advances and instalments, processing and authorisation of invoices, etc.). DAMAGE TO WORKS AND CCRD INSURANCE. CONTRACTOR’S ALL RISKS INSURANCE. This procurement procedure includes PSE. These PSE constitute mandatory elements inseparable from the base tender. Any PSE for which information is not provided will irrevocably result in the elimination of the candidate on the grounds of an irregular tender within the meaning of Article R-2152-1 of the French Public Procurement Code. The PSE included in this procurement procedure is as follows: PSE No. 1 for Lot No. 2 Contractor’s All Risks: Taking out Project Owner’s Civil Liability insurance. Procedure: open.
