Opportunity description

The redevelopment operation for the Vilaine quays, Place de la République and the surroundings of the Palais du Commerce, led by Rennes Métropole and the City of Rennes, provides for the following developments: - Demolition of the car park, - Reinforcement and renovation of the République slab, - Installation of developments on the Vilaine, - Installation of a pedestrian footbridge crossing the Vilaine, - Redevelopment of Place de la République - Redevelopment of the surroundings of the Palais du Commerce, particularly rue du Pré Botté - Complete redevelopment of the northern quays (Duguay-Trouin, Lamartine, Chateaubriand) - Selective redevelopment of the southern quays (Lamenais, Émile Zola). The works covered by this consultation form part of the “Development of public spaces” contract, some of which will be launched according to a deferred schedule. Each lot will be awarded separately.
